P.A.R. Grading & Hauling, Inc. is a family-owned business, officially incorporated in 1991, that has been operating in South Carolina as a subsidiary of Pierce Acres & Reality, Inc. for several decades. Founder Thomas “Tommy” B. Pierce Jr. created a solid reputation and children, Trey Pierce and Christy Pierce Drummer, have helped P.A.R. carry on their tradition of excellence. P.A.R. has experienced tremendous growth, especially in the last five years. In the last three years, P.A.R. has performed work in Spartanburg, Cherokee, Greenville, Anderson, Laurens and Richland counties. The majority of the company’s work is commercial as P.A.R. has built an excellent reputation with many general contractors. P.A.R. Grading & Hauling, Inc. performs site work that pertains to demolition work, grading work and excavation (cut and fill), storm drainage and erosion control, and some water and sewer. P.A.R. works directly with curb and gutter, asphalt and retaining wall contractors in order to provide a turn-key site project.

P.A.R. uses GPS to grade and lay out work sites. Contractors that P.A.R.R does work for, find these methods very beneficial in making both small and large jobs more efficient. We are able to satisfy the need for specialized grading and excavation for any type of new construction or existing projects. We accomplish this excellence by having good equipment, topnotch machinery operators, and clear and consistent communication with clients and within our organization. Grading and excavation is highly technical work and we are specialists. We pride ourselves in providing an owner with a quality completed project on time and per specifications. All of this is due to the talented individuals that are in charge of some very experienced and hard-working grading crews. No project is too big or too small. We are skilled in reviewing site plans and adhering closely to grading specifications and codes to assure that the needs of the developer are met and the impact on the surrounding properties is minimized in accordance with the approved plans.
